2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the commercial relationship between Bluebnc Florida LLC and users who contract services through the website azulprive.com or through direct contact with our concierge team.

  • Yacht and boat charters
  • Luxury villa and property rentals
  • Premium vehicle rentals
  • Personalized concierge services
  • Restaurant and beach club reservations
  • Exclusive experiences in Miami

3. Booking Process

3.1 Information Request

Users can request information about any service through the contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp. Our team will respond with a personalized proposal within a maximum of 24 hours.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

The booking will be considered confirmed once:

  • The client has accepted the proposal in writing
  • The corresponding deposit payment has been received
  • The specific service contract has been signed (when applicable)

3.3 Deposits and Payments

Deposits and payment conditions vary by service type:

  • Yacht charter: 50% upon confirmation, 50% 30 days before
  • Villa rental: 30% upon confirmation, 70% 60 days before
  • Car rental: Full payment upon confirmation
  • Experiences: Full payment upon confirmation

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Yacht Charter

  • More than 60 days: 100% refund minus administrative fees
  • 30-60 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days: No refund

4.2 Villa Rental

  • More than 90 days: 100% refund minus administrative fees
  • 60-90 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 60 days: No refund

4.3 Force Majeure Cancellation

In case of adverse weather conditions that prevent the safe provision of the service, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Responsibilities

5.1 Service Provider

Bluebnc Florida LLC commits to:

  • Provide services as agreed
  • Ensure all providers comply with current regulations
  • Have mandatory insurance for each activity
  • Address any incidents during service provision

5.2 Client

The client commits to:

  • Provide truthful and updated information
  • Comply with the rules of use for each service
  • Respect agreed schedules
  • Assume damages caused by negligence or improper use

6. Insurance

All our services include mandatory insurance according to Spanish regulations:

  • Civil liability insurance
  • Passenger accident insurance (charter)
  • Comprehensive insurance (vehicles)
