Coral Gables
The City Beautiful. Mediterranean Revival architecture, the legendary Biltmore Hotel, Miracle Mile shopping, and the Venetian Pool. Home to the University of Miami and some of South Florida's finest dining.
Key Biscayne
A barrier island paradise just minutes from downtown. Crandon Park's pristine beach, Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, world-class tennis at Crandon Park Tennis Center, and exclusive waterfront estates.
Bal Harbour
The most exclusive enclave in Miami. Bal Harbour Shops is the highest-grossing luxury mall per square foot in the US. Pristine beaches, the St. Regis, and the Ritz-Carlton — where old money meets new glamour.
Las Olas Boulevard
Fort Lauderdale's most iconic street. A mile-long boulevard lined with upscale boutiques, art galleries, sidewalk cafés, and some of the finest restaurants in Broward County. The Isles of Las Olas — a network of finger islands with multimillion-dollar waterfront estates — extend from the boulevard to the Intracoastal.
Harbor Beach
Fort Lauderdale's most prestigious gated community. Private beach, deep-water docks on every lot, and some of the largest waterfront estates in South Florida. Home to the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and the exclusive Harbor Beach Surf Club.
Victoria Park
A tree-lined residential neighborhood just north of Las Olas, known for its mid-century modern homes, lush tropical landscaping, and walkable streets. Victoria Park offers a village-within-a-city feel with easy access to the beach, downtown, and the Galleria Fort Lauderdale.
Rio Vista
One of Fort Lauderdale's oldest and most desirable neighborhoods. Rio Vista sits along the New River and Intracoastal Waterway, offering deep-water yacht dockage, Mediterranean-style estates, and a quiet, established residential character. Minutes from Las Olas and downtown.
Palm Beach Island
America's most exclusive address. A 16-mile barrier island home to The Breakers, Worth Avenue, and some of the most expensive real estate in the world. The social season (November–April) brings charity galas, polo matches, and a who's-who of American wealth. Guard-gated estates, oceanfront mansions, and old-money elegance.
Worth Avenue
The Rodeo Drive of the East Coast. Four blocks of the world's most exclusive boutiques — Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, and Tiffany — set amid Mediterranean-style vias and courtyards designed by Addison Mizner. Ta-boo restaurant has been the power-lunch destination since 1941.
Clematis Street
The vibrant heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Clematis Street and the surrounding blocks offer a walkable mix of restaurants, bars, galleries, and live music venues. The weekly Clematis by Night concert series, the Norton Museum of Art nearby, and the revitalized waterfront along Flagler Drive make this the cultural pulse of the Palm Beaches.
El Cid
A historic residential neighborhood in West Palm Beach, known for its Mediterranean Revival and Spanish Colonial architecture from the 1920s. Tree-lined streets, proximity to the Intracoastal, and a strong sense of community make El Cid one of the most desirable neighborhoods on the mainland. Walking distance to Clematis Street and the waterfront.
